My approach to design

I love to listen to and tell people’s stories. My natural curiosity about people first led me to study the field of journalism, and then by 2018 to explore how UX design could enhance our digital experiences. My UX process begins by digging into problems (user + business), identifying overarching goals, ideating to find potential solutions, and iterative testing to understand and meet real user needs. Successful design is intuitive, simple, and best achieved through a collaborative process.
